This place has become home after a year of living here. I truly love it here, and the whole thing is ran by ONE person only, supported by also only one maintenance person. The two of them are the dream team; intentional, caring, kind. If you’re considering living here and come tour, you’ll have the pleasure of meeting Ty, and I hope you like this place (and her) as much as I do :)

I remember when I wanted to moved to Columbus Ohio, I didn’t know where to stayed. So I called 303 and automatically within a week I was qualified. Plus Ty Day the manager is very knowledgeable and nice. Best two years ever! Thank you.

This is my first spot downtown and I’ve very much enjoyed my experience here. The property manager, Ty, is very caring and responsive in regards to any concerns or questions that come up. The staff has always been quick to respond to any maintenance needs and do a good job of keeping the property clean and looking in good shape. The location is very convenient in terms of quick access to local restaurants or grocery stores. If you work downtown, you can get away with not owning a car, as I’ve been told by other residents. You’re also very close to a variety of local events that pop up downtown consistently like the Columbus Arts Festival, the Jazz and Rib Fest, etc. The traffic can be pretty heavy on those days though so just be prepared. The community is quite peaceful and I haven’t had any issues with other neighbors. There are less than 100 units in this building, so it tends to stay pretty calm. The rooftop sundeck gives a great view of the Scioto Mile area, and gives access to a grill as well as nice tables/chairs to host guests. There are bathrooms located on the roof as well as the in lobby, which is convenient in case you do not feel like heading up/down to your unit when with others or just trying to be in and out. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone who’s been considering living here to reach out to Ty and setup a tour! I think you’ll love it here!

I moved in a couple months ago and Ty has been above and beyond great to me. She’s understanding , caring and a great person to be around. This has been my favorite apartment I’ve moved to so far. She’s always going above and beyond for residents here. Thank u Ty

Great location with AMAZING property manager and maintenance staff. The property manager Ty is extremely responsive and helpful ever since the first day I called inquiring about the apartment. She is always available and ready to help, thank you :) The property management team worked very hard to make sure the property is safe (with regular routine security checks) and everyone is welcomed. Definitely the best rental experience and management team I ever had. Thank you :)

I couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex, hallways are clean, everything is modern, maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. Ty (Property Manager) is a wonderful person to work with, she is by far the easiest person to work with when it comes to apartment living. Very rarely do you find someone who cares about their tenants like she does.

I had an excellent experience with Kennedy at the leasing office. She was knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question I asked. I was approved and was able to get the unit I wanted all inside of an hour of visiting. I am so excited to move in and start the next chapter of my life downtown. Everything inside the units look updated, stainless steel and great views of the city from the roof. Can't beat it.

I just signed up for year two. Happy with the responsive mgmt co and excellent maintenance. This is a beautiful elevator building. It is secure and laid out well. It is solid construction with steel and poured concrete. I hear just about nothing from the hallway or neighbors. My floorplan has a coat closet, a walk in closet, a balcony and plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The location is superb - close to the river, the Commons, the State Theater, and my favorite restaurant-bars. I could not be happier with the experience at the 303 and highly recommend it!

Great location if you are looking to move around downtown Columbus. The Olentangy / Scioto mile is right beside the apartments. Great for cycling and running. Staff responds quickly ( never really used them during my year at my apartment ). Admin Staff also responds super fast. I lived in the 3rd floor. Amazing neighbors. Super quiet. Friendly. So ask for my apartment on the 3rd floor if its still available. 10/10 Would recommend for an active outgoing person for sure.

I've lived here for the past year and it's been lovely. The property manager, Angel, truly lives up to her name and has really worked to build a community within the building. The entire staff is always so helpful and kind and any repairs are always made quickly. The garage is absolutely wonderful during the snowy winter. I've also really enjoyed being within minutes to multiple grocery stores. 100% recommend :)

Just as I moved in, the building was bought out and was being managed by a new property manager, Angel. She is doing a fabulous job. She is a such ray of sunshine and truly does put fourth her full attention. I am always pleased to run into her in passing. She is actively bringing new experiences and gathering to our community. She replies in a timely manner with any and all question and is happy to help. I would suggest this building to any and all.

Disclaimer: This review is based solely on my experience with the move in process and first impressions. 303 is a beautiful building in the heart of downtown, the Borror staff was amazing from my first phone call to my move in date. This is a case of the “little things” making a big impression, at 303 they take those extra steps to make it an experience. It’s an apartment complex with hotel style amenities and I foresee myself staying here for a while. The pricing seems more than fair when you see what you’re getting for your money and again, the staff is amazing. That goes a long way with me. I would like to give Dee special recognition as she went above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated regarding the status of my application, and made me feel welcome during the tour she gave me of the building. I highly recommend giving Borror Properties a try if you’re looking for a new apartment.

Beautiful apartment!! I’ve lived here for a little bit over a month and I don’t have a single complaint so far. Management is so sweet (AJ is especially kind and accommodating) There is always snacks in the lobby, as well as coffee. The building is very structurally sound and is within walking distance of a few bars and the scioto mile. So happy to live here.

I have had a great experience living here. Tenants are quiet and floorplans are very functional. They have an absolutely incredible rooftop patio that is great for grilling. Also very close to any downtown events.
